01 Introduction

Welcome to bpexxh. This website, accessible at https://bpexxh.cam (the "Platform"), is operated by bpexxh (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). bpexxh is an English-language online betting information and wagering platform serving users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bpexxh Platform, including all services, features, content, games, betting markets, promotions and tools available on or through it. By creating an account, placing a bet, claiming a bonus or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

bpexxh does not hold a Pakistan gambling license and does not represent that online gambling is lawful under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 or applicable provincial legislation. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using this Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes legal advice.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

03 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on bpexxh, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions where a valid regulatory license from a competent authority would be required for you to participate.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended or permanently excluded by bpexxh or any affiliated platform for misconduct or breach of these terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, a third party.
• You are not employed by, or related to an employee of, bpexxh or any of its service providers in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.

04 Registration & Account Management

Each individual may register one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bpexxh will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your username and password secure. You must notify bpexxh support immediately if you suspect unauthorised activity on your Account.

bpexxh reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any time. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC may result in suspension of your Account and restriction of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

05 Terms of Use

By using the bpexxh Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of bpexxh.

The following conditions apply to your use of the Platform at all times:

• You may not access the Platform using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology designed to artificially interact with the Platform.
• You may not attempt to circumvent any security, geo-restriction or fairness mechanism employed by bpexxh.
• You acknowledge that all game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, and that past outcomes do not influence future results.
• You agree to use the Platform in good faith and not to engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or other conduct that exploits the Platform to the detriment of bpexxh or other users.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by bpexxh at the time of the transaction. bpexxh references payment touchpoints familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. These providers do not endorse, affiliate with or approve of bpexxh. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. All monetary amounts on the Platform are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable, though the Operator may process transactions in the currency of the applicable license jurisdiction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible. bpexxh reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. bpexxh will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All funds deposited to bpexxh must originate from a payment source owned and controlled by the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

bpexxh may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses and other incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• A maximum bet limit applies while bonus funds are active. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual promotion. Any unmet wagering requirement at expiry will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• bpexxh reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical error or violation of these terms.
• A maximum cashout limit may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. Where applicable, this limit is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

All bonus amounts referenced on this Platform are illustrative examples only and do not represent live offers unless explicitly confirmed in current promotion materials. Users should always read the specific terms attached to any active promotion before opting in.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bpexxh Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless permitted by specific event rules or by bpexxh at its sole discretion.
• bpexxh reserves the right to void any bet placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or affected by circumstances that compromise the integrity of the market.
• In the event of a technical error during the placement of a bet — including but not limited to server outages, incorrect odds display or platform malfunction — bpexxh reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account.
• Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to the settled outcome.
• bpexxh may impose stake limits on individual markets, events or accounts at its sole discretion without notice.

For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, bilateral ODI and Test series — specific settlement rules apply to rain-affected matches, abandoned play and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes. These rules are detailed in the sports-specific betting rules section of the Platform.

09 Responsible Gambling

bpexxh is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Schedule automatic logouts after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your Account. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools immediately. Gambling should be treated as entertainment only. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bpexxh Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent ban:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or security infrastructure.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a confirmed error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusive betting, syndicated bonus abuse or any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate bonus wagering requirements.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 18, or the higher minimum age applicable) to access your Account or place bets on your behalf.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions where such restrictions apply under this Agreement or applicable law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bpexxh Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design and the bpexxh brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of bpexxh or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of bpexxh.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpexxh, its directors, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided through it.

bpexxh makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the Platform or its content. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical outages and third-party service failures may affect Platform availability, and bpexxh accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by bpexxh's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Termination

bpexxh reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably determines that:

• A User has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• Account activity presents a risk of fraud, money laundering or other illegal conduct;
• Verification requirements have not been met within a reasonable period;
• Continued operation of the Account would create regulatory, legal or reputational risk for bpexxh.

A User may close their Account at any time by contacting bpexxh support via the Help Center. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure will be returned to the User following satisfactory KYC verification, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bpexxh holds its operating license. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

For Pakistani users specifically: nothing in this Agreement implies that bpexxh is licensed, regulated or approved by any Pakistani government authority, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial gambling regulatory body. Users in Pakistan access this Platform at their own risk and in their own legal capacity. bpexxh strongly advises all Pakistani users to obtain independent legal advice regarding the applicable laws in their jurisdiction before participating.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bpexxh reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Where required, bpexxh may also notify registered users of significant changes via email or on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the bpexxh Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
